JOB TITLE/DESCRIPTION:   IT Administrator for Managed Service Clients



POSITION OVERVIEW:   The Administrator installs, analyzes, evaluates, maintains, and supports networked IT environments including IT equipment, Servers, PC’s, Printers, firewalls, and related security devices. Works under general supervision and applies advanced network administrator knowledge on complex and diverse problems where analysis of situation requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors and completes service requests in-full to customer’s satisfaction.

  • Troubleshooting and resolve multiple client’s IT support requests remotely and on-site.

  • Experience in Hosted Cloud environments.

  • Obtain the know-how to resolve issues quickly or lean on support from colleagues to achieve the correct resolution.

  • Must be very detail-oriented, self-reliant; with the ability to meet established deadlines.

  • Recognize service support requests in an apt manner and concludes the call within an equitable amount of time.

  • Supports and maintains new/existing network hardware and software in client’s infrastructure.

  • Ensures routine preventative maintenance is performed.



  • Can work independently with little instruction, and work tasks without much supervision.

  • Quick to respond to clients with an understanding approach, and a follow up to customers promptly.

  • Can prioritize clients in order of most urgent.

  • Enthusiastic with good communication skills and the ability to work in a small environment.

  • Willingness to get the job done right the first time, and follow through with client requests.

  • Can successfully work on more than one project at a time.

  • Can work quickly and move on to the next service/support call in a timely manner.

  • Helps answer phones, open service tickets, and receive deliveries as needed.
