STEP ONE:

  1. Check for legal licence of Windows 7 service pack 1 or Windows 8.1 on your PC HERE

  2. See if your HOME PC has the correct specs to allow a Windows 10 upgrade. HERE   *Note most PC's have programs that run which require more than what Microsoft's specs indicate.

If your PC doesn't meet the requirements, you might want to consider a new PC purchase.

Important Note- Before you decided to upgrade your PC on your own, make sure you are aware of all the potential issues that could arise. You may need to reinstall printer drivers, data, programs and other software's. Before you decide to upgrade ensure you have all your programs CD's, download information, software licenses and logins. Make sure you take a backup of all your data before you begin. We recommend hiring a professional to assist with the upgrade, if you are not comfortable doing this yourself.
