On Demand Repair and Support Plan
Kappa Computer Systems offers an On Demand Repair and Support Plan. On a per service request, if you have a repair issue or support issue that would require a technician to come out on-site or work remotely, the time would be billable per service call for one set hourly rate. 

The support and repair time would be billed as a 1 hour minimum, if the call continued after the hour it would be billed in quarter increments. If you have a repair issue or support issue that could be repaired over the phone or via remotely, the time would be billable at a ½ hour minimum.
